Group Rides

Welcoming rides designed to help you ride with others and feel at home on a bike.

Group rides at Bike and Sol are about connection, confidence, and enjoying time on a bike together. Whether it’s your very first group ride or you’ve been riding for years, these rides are built to be supportive, friendly, and approachable.

You don’t need to be fast.
You don’t need fancy gear.
You just need to want to ride.

What to Expect on Our Group Rides

  • Friendly, welcoming, and judgment-free

  • No-drop — we ride together and regroup as needed

  • Ride leaders who look out for the whole group

  • A focus on shared experience, not performance

  • Questions and conversation always welcome

If you’ve ever felt nervous about riding with others, you’re not alone — and that’s exactly why these rides exist.
