Purchasing Our Building — Together
Since February 2015, Bike & Sol has served the Upper Perk community as more than just a bike shop. We are a nonprofit community hub built around affordable bicycles, repair education, youth programs, and volunteer-powered service.
Today, we have an important opportunity: to purchase the building we currently operate in. Owning our space will allow Bike & Sol to continue serving the community with stability, confidence, and long‑term vision.

How You Can Support the Building Purchase
Pre‑Purchase Bike Services
We’re inviting our community to support the building purchase by pre‑purchasing future bike services. These services can be scheduled and used later, and every purchase directly supports our effort to buy the building we call home.
Available Service Presales
Basic Tune‑Up — $50
A standard tune‑up focused on safety, performance, and reliability. Ideal for everyday riders and seasonal maintenance.
Full Teardown Service — $100
A comprehensive overhaul and rebuild designed for deeper maintenance and long‑term care.
Services may be purchased for yourself, a family member, or as a gift for another rider.
