Bike and Sol is built by people showing up for one another. Volunteers help make our rides, events, and shared spaces possible—and there’s no single “right” way to help.
Whether you have a few hours or want to be more involved over time, your presence matters.
You don’t need to be an expert.

Ways to Get Involved
People contribute in different ways depending on their interests, skills, and availability. Here are some common ways volunteers help:
Event Support
Help with setup, check-in, welcoming people, or general support during events and gatherings.
Ride Support
Assist ride leaders, help new riders feel comfortable, or support group rides as a friendly presence.
Shop & Community Help
Lend a hand with organizing, light tasks, or creating a welcoming environment in the shop.
Youth & Family Activities
Support family-friendly events and activities that help make Bike and Sol inclusive for all ages.

Volunteering for the First Time?
